General conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to every legal relationship between the Guest and Ibiza Padel Academy. Definitions: Ibiza Padel Academy (the service provider), Guest (customer/consumer), Data (personal information).
1. Applicability
These conditions apply to every legal relationship between the Guest and Ibiza Padel Academy. An agreement is formed through reservation and/or payment. We may amend these terms over time; the latest version is always on our website.
2. Formation of the agreement
An agreement is established through mutual consent via reservation and payment. It may involve court reservations, lessons, clinics, padel activities, facility use or padel trips. Guests must follow the house rules and reasonable instructions.
3. Website, disclaimer and privacy
We treat your data confidentially and use it solely to execute agreements. Website information is provided for general informational purposes only; we cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy.
4. Liability
Participation by the Guest in a padel activity organised by Ibiza Padel Academy is entirely at the Guest's own risk. We disclaim liability for personal injury or property damage to the extent permitted by law.
5. Force majeure
Circumstances beyond our control (such as hazardous weather, permit revocation or a pandemic) allow us to suspend or terminate agreements without damages.
6. Complaints, disputes and applicable law
Guests must report complaints within 48 hours to info@ibizapadelacademy.com. Dutch law applies.
7. Training
Training consists of coach-guided lessons, typically 60 minutes including a mandatory warm-up. We may reschedule due to weather. No replacements for guest cancellations, though substitutes may be arranged.
8. Events
Guests participate via enrolment forms. We provide our services unless force majeure occurs, the guest fails to appear (or arrives 30+ minutes late), payment isn't made, or obligations aren't met.
9. Cancellation or modification of events
The full padel cost applies for pre-event cancellations. Full catering costs apply for cancellations within one week. Participant changes are limited based on timing.
10. Event payment
Invoices must be paid within fifteen days of the invoice date. Unpaid invoices incur 1% monthly interest, collection costs and reminder fees.
11. Padel trips
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours; final payment is due one month before departure. A minimum number of participants applies. We may cancel or modify trips where necessary.
12. Applicable law
